ROD and JOYCE OHLWILER founded LYNX Properties in 2006. Rod has over 34 years of real estate and property management experience, as well as being a licensed real estate Broker. Joyce also has over 10 years experience both in real estate and property management.
Our philosophy is to treat each property and expense as our own, as we look for ways to save owners money, and reduce their costs. We are committed to providing the best service to both the tenants and our owners of rental properties.
Rod holds a Broker's license in Utah and also was a licensed Broker in another state prior to moving to Utah over 17 years ago. Joyce also was a licensed Realtor® prior to moving to Utah.
